Project Design, Management & Delivery is a practical course focused on designing and delivering projects that are grounded in clear problem framing and a strong understanding of the systems in which they operate.

Across sectors, many initiatives are shaped by predefined donor priorities, rigid logframes, and externally imposed definitions of impact. As a result, projects often appear coherent on paper but struggle in practice because context is under-examined, systems are insufficiently understood, and leverage points remain unidentified.

This course addresses that challenge by equipping practitioners with the skills to frame problems accurately, analyse system dynamics, identify strategic leverage points, and translate insights into actionable project plans, while strengthening project management, reporting, and learning processes.
